Greenarc Completes the Pendleside Hospice Corporate Challenge

After months of fundraising, challenges and plenty of team effort, we’ve officially completed the Pendleside Hospice Corporate Challenge!

Taking part in the challenge gave us the opportunity to get the whole Greenarc team involved in supporting an incredible local charity, while having plenty of fun along the way.

Months of fundraising

Throughout the Corporate Challenge, our team got stuck into all sorts of fundraising activities.

From taking on our 24-hour bike challenge to bake sales, dress-down days, raffles, football cards, bucket collections and more, there was always something happening and another opportunity to add to the fundraising pot.

Some activities were certainly more challenging than others, but they all had the same goal – raising as much as we could for Pendleside Hospice.

What made the challenge particularly special was seeing everyone get involved in different ways. It wasn’t about one big fundraiser or a handful of people doing all the work. Over the months, the whole team played a part – whether that was taking part in a challenge, organising an activity, donating or simply supporting others.

Supporting Pendleside Hospice

Pendleside Hospice provides care and support for people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families and carers, across Burnley and Pendle.

As a local business, supporting an organisation that makes such a difference within our community has made taking part in the Corporate Challenge particularly meaningful for us.

The challenge has also shown just how much can be achieved when people come together. From the bigger challenges to the smaller fundraising activities throughout the office, every contribution helped towards our final total.

More than just fundraising

While raising money for Pendleside Hospice was always the main goal, the Corporate Challenge has also been a brilliant way to bring the Greenarc team together.

There have been plenty of laughs, some friendly competition and some memorable moments over the past few months – all while supporting an important cause.

A huge thank you goes to everyone at Greenarc who took part, donated, organised an activity or supported one of our fundraisers.

We’d also like to thank everyone outside of Greenarc who supported us along the way. Every donation and contribution has helped make a difference.

After months of fundraising, we’re incredibly proud of what the team has achieved and to have played our part in supporting the fantastic work Pendleside Hospice does within our local community.
